Coldsnap’s Pre-Action Planning Checklist
So, I’m getting ready for a big action—what things do I need to do ahead of time?
- Go to Know-Your-Rights Training to learn how to assert your legal rights and protect yourself if approached/harassed by the cops;
- Fill out an Arrestee Support Form—even if you’re not planning on getting arrested—and give it to your Affinity Group Legal Support Person; and
- Stand in solidarity with folks in your community during the arrest/jail/court processes.
